Rockford prides itself on providing quick, efficient access to all areas of after sales support.
Complete parts support for all machinery manufactured under the Sealstar™, Casestar™ and Rockford model names is readily available. This includes all 457 Sealstar BHM/BCG/FHM/FCG/FTS and FHH Case Sealers, 600 Compression Units, 800 Series Casestar Case Packers and Rockford H-1 through H-200 Cartoners, as well as the 451/486 Series Shrink Wrap Systems.
Through our in-house developed Inventory and Parts Management System, we are able to provide prompt, accurate parts replacement information, delivery and pricing. Change parts for all units are also easily obtainable through our parts department by utilizing our exclusive record keeping system to crossreference machine parts lists with accurate and detailed engineering records.
