Support :: Training/Education
As part of our commitment to after sales support of all our equipment, Rockford is proud to offer both introductory and continuing education opportunities for all customers. In cooperation with some of our customers, we are nearing completion of an in-house Cooperative Training Program which will provide our customers the training and education support they require, accurately and concisely, with measures of achievement. An ongoing process, Rockford has been evolutionizing this concept from shop floor to customer facility for the past several years, and has recently tested and approved the process in several customer facilities. Look for more details here as the process is put into use in all training and educational programs offered by Rockford.
We are pleased to be at the forefront of this process which will allow us, as a machinery manufacturer, the opportunity to work with the educational system and the end-user customer to provide support to fit their current needs, while at the same time developing a work force which will meet future needs.
