Available in models to suit virtually any automatic case packing requirement, our commitment to excellence revolves around our continuing design enhancements. As each Casestar™ is engineered for its specific application, technological changes and improvements are examined, reviewed, and if found to meet our high standards, introduced. Rockford Casestar™ has been recognized for its continued progression in this area.

Our "standard" unit is complete with all the "options" quoted by some of our competitors:

	Tubular steel 3" x 3", 3/16" wall frame construction.
	All mechanical cam controlled, line shaft driven design.
	Mechanical/vacuum case handling.
	Allen-Bradley PLC (ControlLogix or SLC500).
	Stainless steel product contact points, all other non-painted surfaces are electroless nickel plated.
	Flashing light to indicate fault conditions.
	5-15 minute changeover with positive restart.
	Allen-Bradley PanelView Plus HMI with changeover procedures, diagnostic fault identification, troubleshooting guidelines, machine diagrams, operation manuals and maintenance signals.
	Cluster lubrication with all grease fittings piped out to the perimeter of the machine frame. All fittings are coded for frequency of lubrication.
	Full Lexan™ guards with dual channel safety string monitoring and operator reset.
	Overload clutches on all drive and load mechanisms. Clutches are automatically reset by jogging one revolution.
	8' long case magazine.
	Nordson hot melt adhesive system with "ready" and "level" monitoring; or pressure sensitive tape sealing with "low," "empty" and "run on" monitoring 3M tape heads.
	Complete maintenance, operations and parts catalogs with detailed engineering drawings to help identify virtually all parts on the equipment.
